I was impressed by this small hotel. The room with the king bed was truly enjoyable and the bed was comfortable. The coffee & tea makers, refrigerator, and glassware were a big plus. The team was really kind and made me feel welcome. The location was good and magnificent, adjacent to other important areas, stores or shops, and a mosque.

The hotel was clean with an absolutely perfect and helpful staff. The venue was just next door to stores and shopping needs, the airport, and also the other important areas and shopping needs. Next to Mall of Arabia, the location was convenient.

The room we booked was a nice size with a king bed. We liked that there were a great selection of facilities in the room such as: a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area.

Location was convenient for those who have early morning flights since it was close to the airport. the hotel had clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Some guests mentioned breakfast was included, which was a plus.
The language barrier was an issue for some guests as staff struggled to communicate in English.

The hot water was not consistent and lasted only for a few minutes. Communication with staff was difficult as they were not fluent in English.
